If anything this is only significant to people who have been keeping up with the news at both PunBB and FluxBB.
Backstory simplified: The original founder and owner of PunBB sold the forum software to Russians. (No joke) Original major developers from PunBB were not happy with this decision and forked off to create FluxBB. I just happened to decide use PunBB before the developers decided to fork off to create FluxBB.
This is where the dilemma concerning which forum to follow comes in.
However, recently I haven't been seeing much activity from PunBB or support for the 1.2.x version legacy which this forum is based on. The software and database structure however has been heavily modified to create what is now www.locklegion.com. So don't holster a misconception that picking up a copy will have everything you see here.

However, working to make something similar/better than www.locklegion.com with it IS possible, I encourage you to consider it. 
Longer story short, let us just keep it at that I'm a little more pleased with what is going on at www.FluxBB.org these days than with PunBB.
(Sadly, converting to 1.3 once it's stable will be a whole other nightmare)
